What we collect, why, who sees it and how to have it deleted. Updated October 7, 2026.
What we collect
When you enter for a free redraw, we collect your email, your business name, your city, your social handle if you add it, your quiz answers and the file you send. When you apply as an artist, we collect your name, your email, your portfolio link, your social handle if you add it and your answers. When you join the early list, we collect your email.
We also note how you found us, like a link from a video, and our host records your IP address to keep the site running and stop spam. We use no advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use it to pick the businesses for free redraws, to review artist applications, to email you about your entry or application, and to give the early list first access and our best before and afters. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
Who sees it
Our team sees it. If we pick your business, the artist who redraws your piece sees your file and your answers. The companies that run the site store it for us: Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and our email provider for email. We never sell your information.
AI training
We never use, sell, license or provide your uploads or finished work for training AI.
